*Tea Parties must be held from 11am-4pm

   Adult Tea Party: $1149 for 15 guests

($25 per each add'l guest)



   Children's Tea Party: $999 for 15 guests

Palace Policies 

Tea Parties:

  • Includes elegant table arrangement, 3-course menu, & self-serve tea .

  • Minimum 15 guests required.

  • Must be booked at least 30 days prior to event date.

Venue Rentals:

  • A 50% non-refundable booking deposit required at time of reservation. Remaining balance plus a $100 damage deposit due 14 days prior to event. If venue booked less than 14 days from event, entire balance is due at time of booking. Damage deposit will be returned within 7 business days after property inspection determines no damage made to the premises.

  • Setup & breakdown time included in rental hours.

  • Client is responsible for cleanup & trash removal after event. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

  • Outside catering permitted. No onsite cooking allowed.

  • Tours available by appointment.
